Times are a'changing
As of August 9, 2016, office hours will be Tuesday through Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:45 p.m. We take an hour lunch break at 1:30 p.m. Office hours are subject to change without notice due to schedule changes.
The length of sessions offered in this office are 45 and 60 minutes. These times include 5-10 minutes to complete documentation. These times are based on insurance company guidelines and rate schedules. Typically the initial session is 50 minutes and the follow up sessions are 45 to 55 minutes in length. Rates are adjusted based on the actual length of time in session but not adjusted less than 45 minutes without prior arrangements. In my office, a bell sounds five minutes prior to the end of the session allowing time to wrap up.
I regret that I am unable to accept Medicare either as primary or secondary coverage. If you are a Medicare participant, payment is required at the time services are rendered. Because I cannot communicate with Medicare directly, you will be responsible for filing a claim for reimbursement with your insurance carriers. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you; however, my attempts to provide this service have been unsuccessful. Thank you for your understanding.
